One of the items in my order was not in the package when it arrived I called immediately and immediately they were on it and I had my missing item within a few days and my dog does like the products I ordered. Thank you!!

Spent $150 on 10L+ over 2 month to only find out that their products do not deliver on their promises. The entire carpet area is still covered in cat urine from previous owners as identified by using black light. Do not use Petlab.

My three containers didn't even have a full amount it was less than half. They only sent me one regular size container that had the actual amount in it not the three. Plus it didn't work and they won't refund unless you don't open the container how do you know it works if you don't use it???
