Customer service is non-existent. Attempting for an item to be returned is hopeless even though the packaging is 100% intact. I asked for one part of the order to be cancelled immediately after ordering it but that wasn’t possible and if I still want to return the item it is to be returned to France at my expense. Not happy ☹️

So I saw the sponsored add on Snapchat with the Dalmatian that was struggling to get up and walk, and immediately sent the ad to my husband because that is EXACTLY how our 13 year old pit was acting. He had lost a lot of muscle mass in his back legs because he couldn’t walk like normal and would fall onto his butt when trying to get up.. when he did walk his legs were very stiff and you could tell he was in pain. I ordered a bottle just to see if it could help, because we were considering having him put to sleep. After just 3 weeks he’s walking so much better and is quick to jump up and wants to fetch his ball again. These vitamins are a life saver! Our scrappy boy has life in him again and we couldn’t be more grateful!! This is a wonderful product that really works!!

The products are excellent and when I showed them to my Vet, he agreed the ingredients may be very beneficial. Unfortunately, that was also the very same day we went in for extensive allergy testing and I just received the results yesterday... sadly, my Yorkie is highly allergic to absolutely ALL animal protein and isn't able to continue consuming any of the PetLab Co products he's been taking the last 2 weeks. While I didn't notice an improvement yet, there also wasn't an exacerbation of his symptoms. So I imagine these products work wonders for a dog who isn't allergic to animal proteins. Alandra, the customer service agent who assisted with refunding my unopened products, is very kind and I appreciate the company standing by their 30 day guarantee. Thank you so much for providing an option to try to help our beloved 4 legged kids who suffer from skin allergies, I'm grateful.

I can’t believe this actually worked! My dog has been taking the probiotic chews for a month now and no more shaking of the head, scratching his ears and crying, licking his paws. I am so happy with this product!
