I got probiotics instead of their teeth cleaner. They sent the cleaner but quess what, I started to give my dog the peobiotics about 30 days ago without any expectations. My dog had very soft and messy bowl movements since we got him. After about 2 weeks I noticed a change in his stool. After 30 days I am amazed to find out his movements are completely normal. I would recommend their probiotics to anyone who has a dog with any digestions. By the way they had the best customer service that I have ever got. Don't hesitate to try this for your pet it is great.

I was promised a refund for the overcharge which I never received aIthough I kept ordering your joint chews. Then when I ordered a tub it didn't come and your company kept saying the order wasn't fulfilled, although I tracked it and it had been fulfilled and was last tracked in Mesquite Texas for over a week. So I stopped ordering from your company. I am tired of being stolen from and lied to. I ended up taking my Dog to the Vet to get some supplements to help her. At least there I know I won't be taken advantage of and they have good business practices.

My dog dislikes this. He will not eat his food if we do a whole scoop. He even threw up After once. He normally gobbles his food right up. He is 105lb golden retriever so safe to say he is not a picky eater. We have mixed it with water and he leaves it sit which I think then makes it worse. The product doesn’t smell very good so I can’t imagine it tastes good either

I was really hopeful that this product would work for my dogs bad breath and tarter. I’ve been using it for 4 months now and have seen ZERO improvement. I even started brushing my dogs teeth thinking plaque may come off a bit easier. I thought it was too good to be true and proved it to be for my dog.

Always on time with automatic shipment. I had to call to increase my order size and customer service was helpful and responsive.

Is the best thing that has wonderful stuff for my dog’s I would not shop anywhere else but here my dog’s enjoy all your stuff and it’s helping them a lot the allergy & immune helped my dog so much even the probright help so much with there teeth you can see such a difference and the probiotics help them no more licking or biting of the paw’s nothing you have my business

Product doesn’t work and you get a subscription without signing up and I have gotten four 3 month orders that I opted out of and I am still getting charged and the product sent. Very unethical and unprofessional to do, especially if you want to get long term customers. I should be getting refunded close to $200 for additional stuff I never ordered or wanted.

Always a proven and trusted brand for my dogs! I’ve been using PetLabCo joint chews for years! I swear by them!!
