I got Charged. Came out my account immediately. May 5th #4029357734
I ordered Probiotic Chew. I have two dogs one is taking it find other is not. Totally refusing to eat them. I had 3 1/2 extra jars on hand. So decided to cancel tell I used them up. It says easy cancellation but the rip off is you have to pay $19.95 to cancel. Very disappointed! I would of used the product up and got more but NOT now. I can't believe they charge to cancel as there is no agreement how long you will order. Easy cancellation as long as you pay to cancel.

Disappointed, no refunds allowed
I was really excited to try this as I have used Pawfy in the past and had my pet on Fortiflora with no problems. On the third day of this product my dog became ill and had diarrhea. My vet said it was most likely from the krill oil in the chewable. Unfortunately Pet Lab does not accept returns unless the container has been unopened unlike other companies that will refund your money if the pet becomes ill or does not like the product.

The powder for the dogs teeth
The powder for the dogs teeth seems to be working even though I haven't been using it long. I add it to their food and put a little warm water in it and soon it is all gone like their dish says, the dog food dish says "all gone" on the bottom. And they loved the beef jerky treats too. My only problem is, it is expensive when you have three dogs.

Brush and tartar remover doesn't work
Brush and tartar remover doesn't work, and they only accept "unopened" returns.

They are doing very well
They are doing very well, my chihuahua with allergy issues is doing much better on the allergy chews! Kudos to Petlab!

Innovative pet care products and great service
Petlab has unique innovative products to improve the quality of our pets lives. Based on purchase history, I was contacted to participate in an allergy trial. I didn’t qualify as our pet is under veterinary care for allergies. I think that Petlab is innovating products says a lot. Customer service is great and orders ship fast.

So I will admit is was skeptical but…
So I will admit is was skeptical but the ProBright has truly made a difference in my greyhounds teeth. We were looking at an expensive dental cleaning and possible removal of some teeth. In 3 months her teeth look amazing! Even her Vet was surprised at the change. I would highly recommend ProBright.
