My dog loved them and the price was decent. However, they did nothing to reduce my guys itching. I didn't notice any improvement to his coat either. I used the chews for three full months and cancelled the subscription after seeing no improvement. I'll go to the vet to see if there is something else going on with him.

My Siberian Husky was scratching at his ears so bad he would make them bleed! He was licking his paws raw and rubbinghis nose on the carpetgiving himselfrug burn, he was quite the mess and it was hard to watch him go through. Heartbreaking really 💔 😢 Scrolling through Facebook one day over 1 year ago, I came across an ad for the prebiotic chews from Petlab Co. I ordered them to try on Mylo....just half way through the 1st jar, I noticed that he was going crazy with itch anymore! By the end of month 2....heal was completely healed and beautiful once again! I have been doing my best to putthem in the budget! Definitely worth every cent! Thank you Petlab Co.🐶❤ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have 2 English bulldogs my female is 2 my male is 11 months, I got these after seeing them advertised and looked at a few comments and thought I should try them out due to my dogs shaking their heads alot and also with the yeast coming from eyes. Since they have both been on them they have started itching a lot to the point they have sores that are now forming. Their skin is turning red also. I'm not happy with the results at all . This has made my dogs miserable. I would like to know what I can do about giving this back and get my money back. I paid too much just to end up in a worse situation. Thanks but no thank

My dogs teeth are so much cleaner and her breath has improved. I now have a lot less work to do with her oral care.

Thank's pet lab my dog's has stopped itching completely, they would scratch like crazy but now I'm giving them probiotic, and it has been a good thing that they don't scratch anymore, thanks petlab.

** I sent information requested, still waiting for Petlab response** Well I gave the Dental Powder a good honest try for both my german shepherd dogs. I tried it for more than 6 months and unfortunately I have chosen to stop it because the breath is not any better than before and the tarter is still the same on their teeth. This did not do what it says it will do.

In July 2024, I ordered Pet Lab co. Probiotic treats to try to help my dog with a skin issue. I ordered online via pay pal. I received product. My dog ate one probiotic chew but refused to eat anymore. I tried every other day to introduce the product. She flat out, refused to eat them. Before 30 days was up I contacted Pet Lab Co. via customer service line on website. I was adamant I wanted to cancel any further subscription. The customer rep went back and forth with me several times. She tried to keep me enrolled suggesting different things to do. For several days she couldn’t take NO for an answer. I told her flat out to cancel my subscription. After several days another tub of probiotics showed up. She intentionally strung me along for several days to ensure that this happened. My subscription was cancelled. I have this in writing. I received a 50% discount on second tub sent in August because the item shipped too close to the product replacement date. Fine! My subscription was cancelled. The end of August pay pal notified me of another charge $31.75 for Pet Lab Co. probiotic chews. I challenged the charge immediately thru Pay Pal and provided proof of cancellation by Pet Lab Co. Pet Lab Co. Issued a refund through Pay Pal for full amount. The next day sure enough August 31, 2024 another tub of probiotics shows up! I am not paying for this tub! My subscription was canceled a month ago. Totally unscrupulous business practices!

Great product. I bought this a week ago and I can already see a difference in all 3 of my dogs. Their breath is better and the appearance of their teeth color has improved. I would definitely recommend buying it.
