We have been giving our dogs the Probiotic Chews for several years. They help significantly reduce their allergies and chewing. This means they are happier, and less visits to the vet. :-)

From the start of my PetLab journey, I was very pleased with their customer service, as well as their products. My dog's paw licking has eased up quite a bit, and I changed his food, too. I'm unsure of the start time/date, but it's been a while since I signed up w PetLab. No complaints thus far... Thank you!

My subscription on my probiotic chews for my dog have not arrived. We’ve been out for at least 10 days. My order renewed on 10/11. Today as I write this it is 10/21. I’ve emailed twice and there has been no response. This essentially throws my dog off and we have to start all over again. I feel the way the system and lack of response has been has made me feel treated rather contemptuously. My question to Petlab Co: What are you going to do to make this right in order to retain me as a customer besides an apology? May I suggest a free month or half off the next subscription renewal? This should be made right. Update: order id 6079898583095

We went from gagging from smelling our 6 yr old Yorkie’s atrocious breath and windows down every time we drove with him to welcome kisses throughout the day! For a finicky dog like, Pongo I expected this to be another “no-go” product he’d refuse but to our great delight it has worked wonders! We use ProBright Advanced 2x/day and within 2 weeks I would say we noticed a difference. This saved us @ least $700, the cost our vet charges to clean his teeth! Can’t say enough about this exceptional product! I absolutely recommend it!!

My baby girl has had pretty bad allergies since she was a puppy and I have tried numerous products to help to no avail, and I did not want her on a RX. I am so happy that I found and tried this product she no longer has itchy skin and watery eyes! Thank you so much!

The Dental Rinse I'm using for my dog is easy to use and makes her breath smell so much better. Shipments arrive in a very timely manner also.

I didn’t realize that I only had a few days to respond to any questions or dislikes. My dogs didn’t like and would not eat the breath freshener/ dental powder. If I realized that I would have be looking for your response. I spent a lot of money with your company over the years. My dogs are still licking their paws and have watery eyes. I just ordered the allergy ones. I know I have to give it time. So I’m going to give it one more month. After that I will be taking my business else ware.

My rescue thinks Her Probiotic chews are a treat and they certainly seem to be effective in terms of Her 14 year old tummy.
