My dog has a lot of allergies he is 55# and takes 2 probiotic chews every day. He still eats grass and gets his allergy shot every month. He is on a special diet fish and brown rice. I guess he has a maintenance program.

My dog suffer with Anxiety & the Calming Chews (which has since been DISCONTINUED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE) was the only thing my vet approved to be able to give my dog 2 x daily. Nothing has helped manage his stress and anxiety more and since they are now gone I have to find another option before my dog goes back into constant stress mode. I am so disappointed bc pet lab co has so many products I trust and it used to be so convenient to place my order from one place. I would have appreciated more notice!
Response from PetLabCo.Oct 21, 2024
Hi Miranda, We're really sorry to hear about the frustration with the Calming Chews being discontinued. We do always send an email notification about product discontinuations, but we're sorry if you didn’t receive it. In an effort to always provide breakthrough pet health, some products are discontinued from time to time. We encourage you to speak with your vet about the next steps to take to give your pet the comfort he needs. If you have further questions, you can always reach us through the 'Contact Us' page on our website. Best regards, PetLab Co.

My dogs teeth have looked a lot better, their vet has given us a golden review. Their breath is still pretty stinky but maybe that’s just being a dog.

Just had a payment took out Of my bank by these !!!! Had to contact my bank I did not authorise it !!! Keep well away or they will take as much as they can !!! I bought the Tablets to try and like our vet said why would anybody pay nearly £26 for tablets when if it didn’t clear up in a month you’d need a vet anyway !!!! Avoid and do not click on any buttons , i subscribed to receive any monthly offers not tablets every month !! Following your reply if it’s normal to benefit only after 3 months then don’t sell monthly sell 90 day supplement pack
Response from PetLabCo.Oct 21, 2024
Hi Dave, We’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused. We never enroll customers in subscriptions without their consent. As long as you choose 'One-time Purchase,' there won't be any recurring charges. Additionally, it may take up to 3 months to see potential benefits. That's normal for any supplement. Could you please share your Order ID so we can look into this further for you and your pup? Best regards, PetLab Co.
