So far the products seem to do exactly what they're advertised to do. We use the dental sticks and the dental powder. My 40 pound Queensland healer had the worst breath you could imagine and it's gotten remarkably better. Her mouth used to smell like a fish tank. It's not fresh breath yet but it's improving.

I think the tooth powder has made some difference, but it certainly has not been a wowfactor and I was a little bit disappointed in that
Response from PetLabCo.Jul 13, 2026
Hi Carla, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear you have not seen the results you were hoping for. Supplements can take up to 90 days of consistent use to truly see their potential benefits. However, we also understand that every dog has individual needs and what may work for one may not work for another. It might be beneficial to explore other options. Someone from our Customer Experience team will follow up with you shortly to provide support. Warm regards, PetLabCo.®

It didn't work at all on my shih tzu. He is still itching a lot and he went to the hospital a few days ago due to vomitting and dizziness, not sure if it was from the probiotic but it was the only thing different we changed for him.
