Hi Cathy, We're sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. We always strive to fulfill our customers' requests as quickly as possible, so it’s concerning to hear about the challenges you’ve faced. It’s possible that your emails were sent to an unmonitored or marketing address, which we wouldn’t have received. It also shows that your November and October orders were refunded in full without you returning them as a courtesy. If you have further concerns, feel free to reach out to us through the 'Contact Us' page on our website. Best regards, PetLab Co.

Hi Wendy, We're truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced with your recent orders and our customer service. Due to a high volume of inquiries, our response times have been slower than usual, and we appreciate your patience. Could you please share the order ID associated with your account? Once we have this information, we’ll look into the double charge and make sure that this issue is resolved as quickly as possible. Stay pawsome, PetLab Co.
