My furry babies are Chanel, 6 years, and Venus, almost 3 years old. Yorkshire Terriers are very small dogs, and I know that putting my animals under anesthesia to clean their teeth, is dangerous; especially when my girls weigh less than 6 and 4 pounds, respectively. I began home care, and started my girls on dental water, in addition to daily brushing, when we got them. The water increased in cost to over $30 for a 12 ounce (?) bottle, and so, I added the brown algae dental powder to their food. My girls refused to eat their food if the powder was topped with it. With a larger dog, they eat it eventually, my dogs get hypoglycemic and throw up bile. Needless to say, the powder was a huge disappointment and the water is way too expensive to maintain at $37/bottle, when 1oz is supposed to be put in for every 8-10 ounces of water. It worked somewhat, however never have my girls had white teeth. I brush their teeth daily, and your products have never worked for my Yorkies. Daily water, trying the very expensive brown algae on food, raw food, biscuits, treats, yet it failed us!! I’m disabled and I can’t afford any of your products anymore. I used to buy it wholesale, but now it’s impossible to afford. Even for two dogs totaling ten (10) pounds, (we) this couple making less than $50,000/year cannot afford to use PetcoLab products.

My address somehow got cut off, so my order went back to sender. I sent 3 messages/emails over the course of a month to ask for it to be sent back out or for them to refund me and I can not get a response. They stole my money and I never got to try the product. This purchase was a splurge for my current budget which is extra frustrating. Really disappointed. If you finally decide to be decent human beings, my order number is 6305672200247.

I had a subscription for a couple years, and my pet liked it but i had to cancel since they charged my credit card on jan 1st and never even sent out my last shipment (shipping company confirmed they never received it from petlabco) Its now february 24 and i still cant get a hold of anyone via phone or email, basically fraud at this point. Don’t recommend, horrible customer service

I have emailed three times over a course of a month to give respectful time for a response and still no response. Every time I call the listed phone number it disconnects me, or says they are in a meeting, or something to not put me in touch with a human. I was charged for a product and I’m trying to return what was sent incorrectly and absolutely no response after almost 30 days. Highly recommend not dealing with this company unfortunately. I get some sort of promo daily in my inbox, however. Very frustrated.

Easy to order, good bundle pricing and it works!!! Coming from the shelter she had tartar on her teeth quite a bit, got her teeth cleaned by the vet and now with using the probright powder they are so much better! We don’t need to have a professional cleaning anymore ProBright does the job 😊

Honestly, I don't even want to give this product a 1 star! My canine hated the dental powder and would barely eat his food. After the 4th day he had bloody diarrhea, and not just a little!

This product works very well. My European Basset had real bad tarter. The vet is an outrageous price for dental work. I decided to try this when I saw a commercial. The product has whitened her teeth and took care of most of the tarter. We are in our second month.
