My dogs love the ProBright, and I love because of my dogs shiny white teeth!

By sending my order. My card is on file and is good to go! Also, I can't login to my account, everything you have told me hasn't worked. It will not accept my email.

I used your product for my youngest Dachshund but it didn't help with her itchy feet. I'm looking for another way to help her now. Thank you.

Gunner my Rottweiler boy, had skin allergy that many times developed to be bad with a lot of fuss, I started using Pet lab products last summer, I do see a progress, but it worked so slow, but still worked.

PETLABCO (UK). STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. I purchased a product from them in February 2025, a one off purchase. They turned my purchase into ‘a subscription’ without my consent. I complained to their hopeless customer service team in March 2025 and asked them to take me off their list, they have not done this and took another £34.00 from my account yesterday. I am reporting them to Trading Standards in the UK and have instructed my bank to get my money back. THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES

Hi David, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We never want any customer to feel misled. Just so you know, we never enroll customers in subscriptions without their consent. As long as you choose 'One-time Purchase,' there won't be any recurring charges. We'd like to look into this immediately to ensure this has been addressed. Please share your order ID, and will make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible. Best regards, PetLab Co.

I'm really disappointed in this company. I purchased the powder to help with my dogs breathe but unfortunately it has had no impact. If anything I'd say her breathe and teeth have got worse while using this product. I'm not sure how it happened but I didn't realise I'd purchased on a repeat purchase. I must have missed it when I was purchasing but once the next pot arrived and I realised I cancelled immediately. I obviously would like to return the second pot I didn't realise I was receiving. I emailed the company to request a refund and my email was responded to by AI and the response wasn't to do with a refund. I emailed my back and stated again that I wanted a refund. I have had no reply. I'm within the 30 day return window and I think it's really poor that the only way to sort a refund is through email but they're ignoring my emails. For these reasons I would recommend this company be avoided as the product isn't great and the customer service is terrible.

Hi Cat, We're sorry to hear about your experience — this is not the level of service or care we ever want our customers to feel. We're sorry to hear that the Dental Formula didn't provide the results you were hoping for, and that your experience with our email responses felt impersonal and unhelpful. We’ve recently been handling a high volume of messages, which may be why your follow-up wasn’t replied to promptly — but that’s still no excuse, and we're sorry about this. We’d really like to make this right. Could you please share your order ID? We truly appreciate the feedback and patience. Best regards, PetLab Co.

PetLab has all the answers for your dog. We've given our Belle PetLab joint chews for years, and more recently started her on probright for her breath and teeth. She's 12 now and is still full of energy, jumping up on our 5 ft patio wall and chasing lizards like she was 2. After 2 months on the probright, she no longer has stinky breath and the plaque is disappearing on her teeth. Both wonderful products and I never have to think about reordering as both products come right on time every 3 months.
Response from PetLabCo.Apr 24, 2025
Hey Danielle, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that Belle is thriving and has so much energy at 12 years old! It's fantastic that our Joint Care Chews and ProBright have made such a positive difference for her. We’re delighted that the automatic reordering is working well for you too! Give Belle some extra pets from us! Kind regards, PetLab Co.

I’m amazed, surprised and pleased with the PetLab Probiotic Chews. Our two dogs would chew and lick their paws, and scratch themselves, but these things are non-existent now! I will continue to buy these chews until they no longer work, so likely never! And the pups love them!
Response from PetLabCo.Apr 24, 2025
Hi Lynn, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re pleased to hear that our Probiotic Chews have made such a positive impact on your dogs' well-being. We’re happy to know the pups love them too! Your support means a lot to us, and we’re here for you whenever you need more. Best regards, PetLab Co.
