I was very sceptical of the dental powder, but I’m 4 weeks in and it’s already worked total magic. Our dogs teeth are cleaner than ever, and her bad breath is gone. I’m so far very impressed and would recommend.

It’s a little early to tell if the Allergy and Itch chews will help my Chihuahua, Harry-Albérto as we are only halfway through the first jar, but he gobbles one each morning so the taste must be right. I told my vet he was taking probiotics and she agreed that was a great idea.

This company’s process for ‘automatically’ starting a subscription without letting the purchaser know is beyond words. I ordered through PayPal which I learned the hard way they have set for ongoing subscriptions - I never authorized a subscription when I placed my first order. When I checked my PetLab account it shows no subscriptions, but there are 2 fulfilled orders - the 2nd was the surprise. On Sep 13 there was another attempted subscription delivery, but by then I had terminated any further payments on the PayPal service. I am grateful that PayPal has a service that allows the purchaser to control their account, where I can see that PetLab doesn’t and people have problems cancelling these subscriptions. I don’t know if the product really works, but given this experience I have no trust that this product is anything more than a placebo.

If an account on the portal isn’t set up, nothing will appear under your account. The two times I've talked to customer service has been very helpful. They both were polite and courteous and helpful. The allergy/immune chew seems to be helping Lily. She is scratching less and not licking her paws as much . I will recommend PetLab to friends

I had been awaiting my subscription delivery then when nothing arrived I checked the account and it said the card had failed. There is nothing wrong with my card and has plenty of funds in it. I clicked on pay again and it went through. I waited a few days and again nothing. So logged into the account again and it has the same message! So this time I changed cards and it said it was processed! What a shock that again after a few days I checked again and it said the same things that the card had failed. I finally sorted this out and you have confirmed the fault was at your end! However my dog has missed his tablets for all this time and I had to order of Amazon to get them Awful service! No communication at all

Check with your vet first - My dog had bad stomach issues and stopped eating entirely shortly after starting this product. Breath smell did improve during the few week period the product was in use.
