I’m getting good results from the orders I have received, but I might change to different order next order, hopefully with even better results.

I made 2 separate purchases to see how I would like the product before deciding whether I would make a subscription. I decided not to get a subscription because of the cost. despite this I was sent an order which I never authorized on 9-25-2025. i am in the process of trying to get petlab.com to take back their product and leave me alone.

I really don’t make too many reviews out, but this company is really good and honest I have two puppies and they have a bad habit of licking their paws. I ordered their allergy and the immune product and within three weeks I could see a difference unfortunately after using it For about a little over a month one of the puppies which is 13 years old started having the diarrhea. I also do have another puppy that’s eight years old and she didn’t get it as bad as the 13-year-old I stopped the product for at least four days till the diarrhea stopped and tried to go back on it unfortunately after two weeks, the 13 year-old again started having a diarrhea. I called pet lab and left a message and they got back to me right away. I really wanted to keep this product, but under the circumstances, I couldn’t. PetLab gave me my full refund for this product. I see my vet next month and will talk to him about this after 3 1/2 weeks. I know it works and maybe down the line I will try them again.

I've seen. A drop in my dog's scratching n head shaking. I still see junk n have smell in ears. I've been using the Immune & Allergy chewable pills for over 2 months. I admit have missed some days. Now that I finally got schedule down for giving them pill I believe results will be seen more sooner. The company ships at the regular time I get a notice shipment is getting ready via email. They send great tips to try.

Ordered some probiotics for my dog, Petlab dispatched as normal however used Amazon logistics they delivered yesterday to my home left the package on the ground in front my front door for anyone to help themselves to which they did as I’m currently away with work. I contacted petlab to be told it’s basically not there problem it got stolen I need to go to the police…. What a joke I’ll be! They don’t even assist the major high street Reta with shoplifters they hardly going to help me with a £29 item! It’s petlabs responsibility to replace it as it’s their chosen carrier, now I don’t have my product or my money and petlab won’t help! I’ve cancelled my subscription and will be finding a different company who value their customers!

I ordered a product to try for my dog. It was supposed to stop her scratching. It didn’t work. I only wanted to try the product but they sneakily signed me up to a subscription without my consent. I bought this on my credit card and did not nor would I ever do a subscription on my credit card. I found a phone number online to contact pet lab but it just rings and rings and rings. Then the number doesn’t save in my recent calls so I have no proof of trying to make contact with PetLab to get my money refunded. In the end I’ve had to cancel my credit card so they can’t take any further payments and order a new one. I’m furious as I’m going on holiday soon and hoping my card arrives in time for this. Stay well clear of pet lab very shoddy company. And you do sign people up to automatic subscription as you did with me. I was very careful upon checkout not to do the subscription as I only wanted to try the product. I’m am not a stupid person so please do not treat me as such!

I was not able to cancel my order before I wanted to. I tried more than twice. Therfore I sent the order back. I stull have not a credit nor a refund to my bank account either one would be acceptable as I do still use a number of your products! But I'm finding it very difficult to cancel an order in a timely manner. I would rather get a text update before my order is to be shipped out rather than an email.
