The envelope containing the ProBright powder I was supposed to receive was empty--it looked as if the seam on the side of the envelope had split open, so the two canisters of powder never made it to me. I've tried a few different ways to contact the company, but haven't had any luck yet (this just happened this afternoon). I really like the product--just not happy with the delivery this time.
