My dogs love these dental bones and look forward to getting them. I had a few deliveries earlier this year where there were only 23 (not the 24 the package is supposed to contain) and of course I got the side eye when I broke the last bone in half 😂 Customer service was very responsive and made things right. As a bonus, on this last delivery there were 26 bones in the bag! Happy dogs and doggie mama.

Hello Terri, Thank you so much for sharing this — it truly made us smile! We’re thrilled to hear your pups love the products and look forward to them. 😊 I’m also glad our customer service team was able to make things right when a few bags arrived short earlier this year. And getting 26 bones in the latest bag — that’s a win for everyone! Happy dogs mean a happy dog mom, and we love to hear it. Thanks again for being part of our PetLab family! 🐾💛 Best Regards, PetLabCo.
