I purchased the one for Allergy & Immune Probiotic Chews to stop with the itchy paws. Wonderful product. My dog was licking his paws so badly and they so sore he wouldn't even let me touch them. He would pull them away every time I tried. 1/2 way thru the 2nd bottle I realized my dog was no longer licking and I could touch his paws without hurting him. I am so happy that my baby is feeling so much better.

Where do I start? I made the mistake of taking out a subscription to get the offered discount on one of their products. At checkout it offered a 'special deal' of an additional two more of what I ordered at 45% off. Good job I checked - it wasn't the large size for this offer which I had ordered but the small size. I paid via PayPal and got order confirmation email. It's a good job I checked my email as my basket still showed the items there. If I had not checked my email first it would have been so easy to mistakenly order again. I then tried to log in after setting up an account. It is virtually impossible to do so. I keep getting error codes despite using different browsers devices etc. You can't cancel the subscription without logging in. I contacted 'support' to cancel informing them I couldn't log in. Helpfully, they informed me that a subscription could only be cancelled via the website after logging in. They offer you a further 10% discount if you download and use their app. I downloaded it but - luckily I checked - the original discount is not there nor is the so called 10%. I don't care about the product anymore, it just seems a scam to get you to take out a subscription which is then virtually impossible to cancel. Luckily I have cancelled the payment and blocked them on my card via my very helpful bank. @PetLabCo please don't bother replying offering to 'help' - I have tried that already and all you are doing is wasting my time and money. Edit: Petlabco responded but I can't reply here so I am using the edit function and editing my original post instead. "Regarding your subscription, we understand how that could be confusing." How very patronising. I had no issues and understood the difference - I didn't even mention it but thanks for the sarcasm. I did reach out to you several times and only got one response - which I mentioned above it your have read what I had written. Your phone never answers and always forcibly disconnects the line after waiting for a period. I've solved the problem via my bank I don't need your sarcasm / help (?). I struggle to understand how you run a business in this fashion.

I have tried to reach out to and change the timing of my deliveries because I'm getting way too many and have been unsuccessful in hearing from anyone.

Delivery was great! But I need immediate attention. My dog will not eat the dental formula. I have called, 49 MINUTES ON HOLD. I have emailed, NO RESPONSE 😡😵‍💫 SO NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY PRODUCT OR GIVE A GOOD REVIEW UNTIL MY ISSUES IS RESOLVED COMPLETELY. PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
