Hello Ashley, We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced trying to reach us. Due to the high volume of calls and emails during the holiday season, our wait times have been longer than usual, but please know we are doing our absolute best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. Could you please share your order ID so we can locate your account and assist further? Best Regards, PetLabCo.

They make you jump through hoops to cancel! Call center wait was 46 minutes. There is no way they have to have all the info they ask to cancel. A name, address (where they sent the item), email address, invoice number, order number. It’s absurd, they can find it with ONE of those. Just dragging their feet to charge you another month. An ACTUAL VET will tell you this doesn’t work. In order to work you would have to use so much they wouldn’t eat the food or drink the water
Response from PetLabCo.Jan 25, 2026
Hello Stacey, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It’s never our intention to make canceling difficult. We're sorry to hear that the product didn't help your dog. Supplements can take up to 3 months of consistent use to truly see their potential benefits. However, every dog has different needs, and it may take a different approach to see the results you’re hoping for. Could you please share your order ID so we can locate your account and assist further? Best Regards, PetLabCo.

1 star is too much but doesn't give the option of 0 stars It is virtually impossible to cancel subscription as it keeps showing error message trying to log into account where you are supposed to be able to manage this. Emailed several times to be told to log into my account (which is impossible) Had to contact my bank who gave me a telephone no for them called at different times of the day in different day only to hear the message our office is closed. Now will have to contact the bank again so I can block any further payments Oh and my dogs won't even take the tablets that they have sent us. Complete scam
