This company’s product appears to be okay but they have a very unreliable company that’s handling their shipping (UNIUNI), and they can’t seem to deliver my order, even though they did the previous month. Their customer service is very difficult to connect with and trying to speak with someone will require a 45-60 minute wait on hold! I have cancelled my auto-ship !

HORRIBLE! I've been trying to reach you for days to stop these ridiculous every-two-week deliveries without success. STOP! If no one is available to answer the phone, you obviously need to hire more employees! I'm on the verge of refusing delivery of any more deliveries and will surely spread the word of my dis- satisfaction to other dog-loving friends about your dreadful customer service!
