Probiotics didn’t work. Our Saint had to have a prescription to Apoquil as the constant scratching under the chin was an allergy response, not a yeast infection. I think the manufacturer jumps at a broad claim that all scratching is actually a gut imbalance which then causes a yeast problem. But if your dog is scratching as an allergic response then gut health ain’t gonna do diddly.

Hi there! We’re sorry to hear you have not seen the desired results. Our Probiotic Chews can help to balance your dog’s gut which can, in turn, help with occasional allergies. They are designed to support scratching, paw licking and head shaking. We’d be happy to look into this for you. Can you please share your order number so we may locate your account and assist you further? Best regards, PetLabCo.

Great products! I use the teeth powder and probiotics. They help my dogs teeth and breath as well as her digestion! We have been using these products for several years and she is 9 and acts like a puppy. I highly recommend for your dog!

I have asked repeately for you to stop sending this product. My dogs do not like it and will not eat it. I do not want this charge again. I am ready to send back 3 orders to you either give them to someone else or destroy them. And I would like someone to call me. 610-972-2377.

Hi Jeff, We are sorry to hear your dogs aren't a fan of it. We understand all dogs are unique, including their tastes. Some customers have shared they have had luck adding a little plain yogurt. If you haven’t created an account yet, you’ll need to do that before you can log in. Someone from our Customer Experience team will follow up with you shortly to provide further support.
