The package showed up on time and in great condition. And the product is working for Bailey. She doesn't lick at her paws like she did before.

I was giving "Allergy & Immune Probiotic Chews" to my dog for FOUR months, and it didn't help him with his allergies at all.He still shaking his head a lot and scratching himself. The answer to your question: my order # 11513289
Response from PetLabCo.Mar 18, 2026
Hello Larysa, We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that the product didn't help your dog. Supplements can take up to 3 months of consistent use to truly see their potential benefits. However, every dog has different needs, and it may take a different approach to see the results you’re hoping for. We would like to know more about your dog's experience. Could you please share your order ID so we can locate your account and assist further? Best regards, PetLabCo.

UPDATE: I worked with customer service and PetLab Co is going to reship the lost package. It took a lot of arguing back and forth but they did the right thing and are going to take care of their customer. I just hope they stop using these unreliable carriers! ORIGINAL: I've been getting product from this company for some time now and it's fine. The delivery company they use, however, is absolutely terrible. I have the product delivered to my work address and the latest package I ordered was delivered on a Sunday when we were closed. The doors and windows have security gates down so there is no way you could mistake that we were open. The delivery company chose to deliver anyway and left the package above the door, like 10 feet in the air as if they were trying to hide it. Needless to say I never received the package and it was stolen. Since it was "delivered" and I filed my claim more than 30 days after it was "delivered", PetLab Co will not reimburse me nor send out replacement product. They delivery company Cirro is at fault here for delivering to a closed business but PetLab Co doesn't care. Unfortunately due to this, I'm shopping elsewhere from here on out.

I completely understand how upsetting it must be to have your package left in an unsafe location and subsequently stolen. While we rely on our delivery partners to follow proper procedures, I understand that this situation. Your feedback is important, and I will be sharing this with our shipping team to prevent similar issues in the future. Could you please share your order ID so we can locate your account and assist further? Best regards, PetLabCo.
