The delivery is always placed perfectly right at my door so I can pick up without going outside. And it is well sheltered from the elements and not just tossed onto the porch. My dogs never even hear the delivery person! The product is neatly packaged for shipping & my 2 dogs love it. They love the Probiotic Sticks too. My male dog has much better breath since starting PetLab.

This product gave my four year old Pekingese bloody diarrhea. I did not sign up for a subscription service yet they charged my card for a second month supply. I’ve tried to reach out three times to ask them to not ship the product and to please refund my card with no success. It’s been a terrible experience all the way around. 100% do not recommend.
