This can be changed from your account portal here: https://account.thepetlabco.com/login It is very important for us that our customers understand their subscription purchase. That is why at checkout we make sure to mention how frequently the customer will be billed underneath the product, and we mention the subscription frequency in the order confirmation email. We see that you have been in touch with a member of our team. They were able to cancel your subscription and issued a full refund for your last order.
