I like the product, but after I got the first jar, I rested another and thought I put it on auto-fill for one a month. The auto fill is for two a month. I don’t need two a month, just one. The company keeps sending me emails to update my payment information because my order is on hold, but I want to change the frequency or the number of jars sent before I do that. I have sent multiple emails, filled out the “contact us” form & replied to their texts and emails to me numerous times and I can’t get any help from them. I’m very frustrated.

First of all I was very skeptical about the product, but I was willing to give it three months, as that is what they recommended, to see if there was any improvement. After about six weeks, there started to be an improvement in my dog’s teeth getting whiter and less tarter. I had signed up for the auto shipment every month by accident, but I was able to get a hold of customer support through contacting them by email and they were very helpful in getting my auto shipment delivery corrected. Even my vet couldn’t believe the difference in the tartar removal that it has made in less than a year. My dog is 9 years old, and the cost of putting this on her food everyday is cheaper than a Dental cleaning once a year. I’ve told several friends about it and they two have noticed a difference in their dogs teeth.
