Love the simple order process! From ordering and receiving samples to the communication through delivery - everything was smooth. White glove service is a must with a large rug like we have. They were very precise in their install. Looking forward to ordering more from PR!

More than exceeded my expectations. I didn't know customer service like this still existed. I would highly recommend this company. I thought maybe it was too good to be true, but it isn't. I ordered 4 special size rugs with binding and they came out perfectly and exactly like the sample. The communication back and forth was extremely helpful and very quick. All of the team members I spoke to were wonderful.

The rug is just the right size because we were able to order it custom. It was nice to be able to get swatches so that we could make a good choice. And it looks great in our room. The quality is good. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is that for some reason that was not explained, the delivery did not happen when we expected it to and it took quite a few weeks longer to get it than we originally thought.

The perfect rug is exactly that — this is an excellent, tailored solution with a wide variety of quality choices. We’re very pleased with the overall process, the available samples and the delivery time for our rug. We would recommend The Perfect Rug to anyone looking for that exact measured rug to enhance their space.

Of the three rugs that we want, we ordered the smallest as a test. It arrived timely and was perfect! That day we ordered the other two. Your website is very user friendly and actually fun to play with the customizing options. Can't wait to receive the others. Well worth the investment. Thank you!
