Absolutely abysmal experience. Lured in by the "great deal" prices only to have my money tied up for multiple months. I actually placed several orders with this company and slowly over the course of of 3 months cancelled them off as I found equivalent deals elsewhere. As the weeks turned into months, I would occasionally ask for status updates. Much like everyone else, I would be provided a canned responses of "by the end of next week" or "in the next 7-10 days". Absolutely not worth the hassle. The business model is a failed one. It is only a deal if you get what you pay for. Defending this type of behavior makes you a schill or a bigger fool than any idiot (like me) who falls for this marketing and gaslighting. It is 2026 people. Time to demand better from those you willingly fork your hard earned money to.

I have ordered 3 perfumes and have not received any of them. The first order is from 1/2026. Whenever I email them, I receive the standard reply of “we expect to ship it within 1-2 weeks”. I would like a refund but not even sure if my chances of getting a full refund if requested . How are they still in business?

This site appears to be running what’s called a cash float scam. Your order floats the company cash that they use for something other than sending you a product. When you place an order on this site, you will not receive it for many months, if at all. In the meantime, your cash is either invested, put in savings to earn them interest, or used to fulfill someone else’s prior order. When enough customers forget or wait so long that a credit card will no longer refund a purchase that wasn’t fulfilled, the site accumulates free money. You may or may not get your order, but why risk it? What is your money funding while you wait? Something’s not right here. Do not do business with this site.

It's been almost six months still waiting for items to arrive at FedEx, they offer me $20 gift card and I said no Thank you!

Do not order from this place. I’m waiting for my order of 3 fragrances and it’s 2 months in. prices are Great but I have yet to receive any fragrances so i don’t know if they are any good. It’s just a NIGHTMARE right now.

I believe I’ve ordered 8 fragrances from The Parfums. Two of the orders were shipped in a reasonable time. The other six have been a nightmare with the majority taking over four months to ship. The prices are good and the fragrances are legit, but I’ve given up on them. I gave them grace thinking that they’d get their act together. Unfortunately they have seemed to only get worse over time. The most frustrating thing is they create a shipping label to give you hope, but never ship it. Be wary! I won’t order from them again.

I’ve bought from them a few times and honestly, everything was spot on. They always delivered on time and the deals are great. You can totally trust them.

The Parfums is now paying bot farms to leave better reviews. And posing half Of them as Mexican. Actually sad how bad this company is. Lawsuits are coming.
