In August 2026, I placed several orders with this company—order numbers TP1343088TSD, TP1343172TSD, TP1344609TSD, TP1343273TSD, TP1343355TSD, TP1343750TSD, TP1343953TSD, and TP1344254TSD—spending over 4,000 dollars. When I placed the orders, I was told that delivery would take a maximum of 3 weeks. However, more than 5 weeks passed, and there was no delivery date for my orders; consequently, I canceled them and requested a refund. I was told that I would receive my refund within 5 days, but that has not happened to this day. I have sent dozens of emails, and each time they reply that the refund will be ready in a few days. More than 5 weeks have now passed, and I still haven't received my money—only excuses. Do not trust this company and do not buy from them; they do not follow through, and it appears to be a complete scam. It has been 5 weeks, and I have not received my money back. This is a fraud. BEWARE.

I bought a bottle of Creed Virgin Island water. I waited five weeks for it to ship. It never did, even though they have it listed in stock on their website. I'm now in the battle of trying to get my money back. It's been two weeks and I still have not received my refund. Steer clear of this business!

Ordered june 21 and july 21 just got auto emails every so often. Completely ghosted but we got our money back from the bank. Stay clear!!!!

Lead me on for a month - told me repeatedly that i just needed for wait x amount of days for an update till i eventually got fed up and asked for a refund, ghosted me when i did. ended up calling my bank to get my money back. they are so incredibly shady, at first when i emailed them asking if the item was in stock they refused to give a cohesive answer and told me to check myself????? i assumed because in comparison to other sizes my item would be in stock, obviously it wasnt. they will string you along for years if they could.

Absolute dogs** * of a company. The prices might seem good, and they may make commitment of fast shipping but they will keep making false promises and never deliver on them. Avoid at all cost. Low prices are meaningless when you don't get your order shipped for months if at all (I had to threaten to get a refund).

I placed three orders with The Parfums in June 2026. By October, not one of them had shipped. At no point was I given an accurate timeframe for when they would ship, just my money held for four months on products that were listed as "available". They do not appear to have the products they sell, and they do not have the ability to ship within their stated timeframes. In effect, they take your money and use it for operating costs while you wait indefinitely.

They dont refund or send your items, Placed 5 orders totaling thousands of dollars and received none, waited 5 months and they randomly sent me a message saying this is there final message to me and canceling is best option, so obviously I cancel because out of the blue they just send that, I didn't bug them or anything and they said they would refund me and guess what I never got refunded, I still havent got my money back, they say they refund but they want you to dispute it with your bank so they get to keep your money. Don't freaking trust them. I would 100% be ok waiting 6 months if I knew for a fact I would get my stuff but you will never get it. Ever. They do not have anything and are trying to get money together, your money.

They promised to ship my fragrance in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks they told me they’d give me a 20% discount. I never got either. They kept telling me my fragrance was about to come into stock. Their website finally says it was in stock, but they claimed that wasn’t retroactive and only applied to new orders. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. Haven’t heard anything back from them.
