TheparfumsReviews of theparfums.com

The website states 2-3 days for processing then 1-3 weeks for shipping, but shipping can take 4-5+ months because many items are sourced after ordering. That said, the company charges customers at the time of purchase rather than the time of shipping, so the company is essentially taking an interest free loans from its customers. When orders are delayed, there is no proactive communication putting the onus on the customer to continually follow up. Although replies to email inquiries are generally quick, they are vague, containing no information about whether or not the item ordered has been sourced and revised shipping timelines are vague and rarely met. The company also creates shipping labels well in advance of procuring the item to create the illusion of active fulfillment – for one of my orders, the label was created 3 weeks after ordering, and it has been 7 weeks since the label was created. I see positive reviews about items being authentic and pricing being highly competitive, but most negative reviews are from people who can’t comment on authenticity because they haven’t received anything. This company is not compliant with the FTC’s 30 day rule for Merchandise Orders which could impact the ability to operate. This puts customers at risk as they were charged prior to shipping. Should operations cease, customers could lose money.

I was attracted by the deals and some hype on certain groups and this doesn’t disappoint me at all, yes they have some issues but everything is legit, the prices are amazing! I donde care wait some time because they have the best deals in market. I recommend buying them and give your trust

I made my first purchases at The Parfums in November 2025 and have been a repeat customer ever since. Every single purchase has been a success, and their email support is both respectful and precise. They also have an extensive catalog full of perfumery gems at incredibly good prices. While my first order had a very slight delay, all subsequent purchases arrived promptly and perfectly packaged. As a collector and frequent fragrance consumer, I highly recommend The Parfums, the best discount store

I’ve purchased many times from The Parfums and, in my personal experience, they have always delivered. Yes, in the past I had a few orders with delays, but everything eventually arrived and always authentic. What I also want to recognize is that they have clearly improved a lot regarding inventory management and shipping times. My most recent orders have arrived much faster and the whole process feels more organized and stable now. I think people sometimes underestimate how difficult it is for a growing fragrance business to scale operations, especially with niche and hard-to-find perfumes. As a repeat customer, I can genuinely see the improvements. Great selection, competitive prices, authentic products, and much better service lately. In my experience, they are absolutely legit and moving in the right direction.

TO THE POINT REVIEW! Here's what you need to know (Ive ordered many fragrances from them): - The fragrances this site sells are new and 100% authentic! - The deals they have CAN NOT BE BEAT! - What most people in these reviews are NOT doing when they order from here is READ! Everything on the site clearly says 1-3 weeks and in some cases it will take a bit longer - Why you ask? Because this vendor does not keep stock on hand - They are a grey market vendor and when you place an order, they are also placing that same order with the houses/retailers/bulk buys, etc. This means they can't get it to you until they get it themselves! If you can't understand that getting an incredible deal comes with a wait then do not order from here and go pay the mark up prices of other grey market sites or pay full retail. - As you can see - everyone in these reviews are crying about the shipping times - not one is complaining about the authenticity of the items if they wait for it. Place your order, sit back and relax. if you MUST email them - do it AFTER 3 weeks! If you ask about an order a week after you place it, they will likely not respond to you because they told you upfront it would be 3 weeks out! They do not have time to answer 1000 emails from people who are spooked about a purchase they made yesterday lol.

I placed two separate orders with this company, initially attracted by their extremely low prices. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing and ended in cancellations. For my first order, I spent nearly three months following up. I sent multiple emails—almost weekly—and each time I was told the same thing: that my order would ship “next week.” That week never came. After months of delays and no progress, I had no choice but to cancel. I gave them a second chance, but after one month with the same pattern and seeing numerous similar complaints from other customers, I decided to cancel again before wasting more time. I also noticed they recently left the Shop app, which raises further concerns given the volume of complaints. At this point, I strongly advise against buying from this company. It feels like they are using customers’ money without delivering products in a reasonable timeframe. You’re much better off paying a bit more—$20–$30 extra—and purchasing from a reliable, established discounter. Save yourself the frustration.

I have placed over 20 orders with theparfums and only received delivery of 3 items. This is over a NINE month period. Eventually, usually after waiting for over two months, I just cancel my order...
