I have ordered six separate fragrances from them and have received five so far. Two of the items were shipped within three weeks of ordering, while others took a month. The longest I had to wait for a cologne was over four months—and that was only after continuous pestering and asking for a refund. Ultimately, they offered a partial refund and delivered the colognes. I don't want to be too harsh because it seems like they are trying, but there is definitely something weird going on on the logistical side.

They are by far the worst company I purchased from with broken promises late shipping and very lame excuses. Always giving the customer a runaround and I have been emailing them for 5 to 6 times requesting an update on my purchase.

They are scammers. They take your money in advance and you will never get your product. I ordered Ex Nohilio Blue Talisman from them on December 2025 and haven’t received anything until May 2026. If you complain about two or three times, they will send you the label number but they never deliver it. Its just an order. They are literally scammers.

Stay away!!!! Waited 3 months for my order! Still never shipped! Label created 2 1/2 month ago and never dropped off! Just requested my refund!

Where can I start? I have ordered from them before, fully understanding that the shipping time can be brutal, but this most recent order is one for the books. I placed an order in March. It is now June, and my perfumes have not shipped. The price was incredible, so for that I'm willing to wait even longer, but honestly I probably wouldn't purchase again unless they were fully transparent on shipping times. On a positive note, their communication has been prompt via email; but it's really just kicking the can down the road with replies like: it will be another 1-3 weeks, another week. Then a shipping label is made but never shipped. While I don't think they're running off with my money, the season will be over before I get my Room 1015 orders.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I ordered a perfume in December that was to arrive within one week to 10 days. That bottle of perfume of course never arrived. I exchanged multiple emails with the vendor and ultimately had to request a refund. Again in March, I ordered a bottle of perfume and here we are in June, and I still haven’t received it. I just requested a refund last night. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

Absolutely atrocious business practices by this horrible company. They will lie and tell you that your product is expected “in 7-10 days” and continue to lead you along. Months will pass and you’ll have nothing. Meanwhile, they’re sitting on YOUR money accruing change off of it. They are thieves. Every email you get is AI generated and you will ONLY get a response if you email them, there is ZERO update or accountability from them. Absolutely pathetic business and possible business practices. Ordered on 1/5………..finally cancelled my order on 5/29.

Terrible been waiting 4 months for an order and they just say it’s due to all the orders they get.
