Can confidently say, not legit. They will send out orders to a couple people so they have some people online talking about receiving orders. The rest don’t receive any. Should be criminal charges on taking interest free loans. They have a way around some parts of it by “completing” certain parts of the order before anything happens. Then they stopped responding to emails after a month in.

Do not order from the Parfums they never ship my order since February all the time when I asked for an update I was lied to with the same response 7-14 more days every time I also made another order for another perfume they claimed they had in stock to ship within 2-4 weeks and never shipped neither i cancel all my orders hopefully i get my refund

I am writing this to warn fellow fragrance community members about the deceptive fulfillment practices of The Parfums. I placed an order back in February (#TP1324198TSD) for two luxury fragrance bottles. Over the next five months, my order was stuck in a continuous loop of missed delivery windows. Every time I followed up, customer support provided the exact same generic, copy-pasted "14–18 business day" fulfillment timeline. They recycled this exact excuse three separate times over several weeks without showing any actual progress. To make matters worse, their publicly listed contact phone number is completely non-functional and routes to an entirely unrelated private party, preventing any direct phone resolution. When I finally held them accountable to their missed deadlines and requested an itemized explanation for the five-month delay, the Customer Support Manager refused to provide answers. Instead of fulfilling the long-overdue order or providing a transparent update, he chose to abruptly and forcibly cancel my order entirely, threatening a "permanent ban" if I filed a chargeback to get my money back. This company is utilizing predatory stalling tactics and lacks basic transparency. If you value your time and money, buy your fragrances elsewhere. I will be monitoring my account closely to ensure the promised refund actually posts.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do NOT give these people your money. You will not get your perfumes EVER. 90 plus days and at least 10 emails back from them with the same verbiage every time. They take your money and God knows what they do with it. This seems to be a giant Ponzi scheme. Do NOT give them your money. Avoid at all costs! There are other reputable discounters to deal with! Screw you ThePerfums!

Ordered 3 months ago and hadn’t shipped, even though they said it’d ship “next week” or “is currently preparing for shipment” for 6 weeks. I feel they just use the capital to run their business with no intent of fulfilling a lot of these orders. Stay away!

honestly I don’t understand the point.They take you money and do not ship your order and when you request cancellation offering additional discount.It’s sort of scam I guess.They never ship orders.

Never, never, never order from Theparfums. I was waiting for my order for 5 months. Every two weeks they were promising to send it “in 1-2 weeks” and never did. I cancelled the order after 5 months of waiting. They just use your money for free. Do not waste your time and money!

It is June and I am still waiting on an order from JANUARY. Every time I ask for an update I get the same form letter saying "your order will ship in the next 7-10 days". Awful business practices and no accountability.
