Like everyone else, ordered 4 items in March and it’s now August and not a single one has shipped. Every time you reach out they say they will ship in “10-14 days”, rinse and repeat every 10-14 days literally for months. This is in violation of FTC law and I am sure they will get shut down any minute and are trying to do a cash grab while they can. In fairness they issue refunds quickly. Also I ordered from them in 2025 and they did in fact ship my product 3 months later, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the nearly 6 months since I made my new orders. However I have not heard of a SINGLE PERSON who has received a product from them in 2026. This also coincides with their suddenly steep discounts (48% last I checked). Not sketchy at all…

Ordered 2 times from them 1st time was October/November in 2025, took a month which was long but still arrived, they were new at the time so I was lenient considering it was a new company, to which they then earned my trust so I then placed another big order first week of January 2026. It is August 3rd, 8 months with no update in sight other than 20+ apology emails.. I tried my hardest to be understanding and give them delay after delay because the fragrances I ordered were such a steal at the time but at this point I finally broke and had to cancel my orders, truly the worst experience I've ever had with not only an online fragrance discounter but any online store I've purchased from. The sales are super tempting but like they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Please save yourself the time and headache, cough up the extra 20-40 dollars on another reputable discounter, itll be worth it

I've waited on my orders for 7 months and finally canceled. They keep saying it will ship in the next 14 days for like 4 months. They sell over 2k products but they only have 5 in stock to ship right now? That's less than 0.3% The Parfums is a PONZI SCHEME.

Waited 6 months and my purchase did not arrive. Every time I reached I would receive another email stating it would be sent in 14 business days, just for that never to be the case again and again. I tried a second time just to give the benefit of the doubt and ordered samples/decants and not full bottles- those have not had any movement either in the month I’ve been waiting. There are individuals who DO get their orders, but it’s a 1 out of 10 chance.

Don't waste your time. I've ordered 7-8 different fragrances and waited as long as 14 weeks before cancelling. To this day I have never been shipped a single item. Just order from reputable discounters. The extra 10-20% off isn't worth it if you never actually get the product.

I’m honestly surprised they’ve not been closed by the FCC. They tempt you to buy with ridiculously low prices, but never fulfill your order and send generic emails and excuses about why they haven’t sent your order. They advertise items as being in stock and ready to ship that people have already ordered and been waiting months on. They don’t provide valid explanation of delays. I think they are operating like a Ponzi scheme. They’re taking your money and investing it or gambling with it (or who knows what.) I don’t feel they’re honest and are shady AF. It’s just not worth it. RUN!!!!

Only buy samples from here and not full bottles. From my experience, you will get samples within a timely manner, however I ordered a full bottle and waited over the 2-4 week delivery period. An email stated I could wait longer, but I’m not willing to do that. I would recommend only having bottles that you have in stock and ready to ship on your site. Do not list “pre-orders” or anything that will take a long duration of time for you to receive then you have to ship to the seller. This was a horrible buyer experience and I’m hoping that my credit information wasn’t used for anything negative.

Placed my order in March. It is now almost August and still waiting on my order. Was told 3-4 weeks originally. Each time I have checked the status I have been told the same story, "2-3 weeks" with no concrete answers. Creed has this fragrance in stock and so does other discounters, I do not know the reason why my order cannot ship. My thought is they advertised a low price and cannot fulfill my order at this cost. I finally gave up and canceled my order. Worthless business! I would not waste my time or money.
