Over 4 Months of Waiting — I Would Not Recommend This Company I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend purchasing from them. I placed two large perfume orders and waited approximately three months, while continuing to receive update emails about my purchases. Eventually, I contacted the company myself to find out why my orders were taking so long. I was told they had received too many orders and that mine would be shipped within another 10 days. Those 10 days passed, and nothing was shipped. I contacted them again and received basically the same explanation. This time, they asked me to wait an additional 10–18 days and offered me a gift card worth 30% of the total amount of my purchases if I agreed to keep waiting. I accepted because, after already waiting so long, I genuinely believed they were finally going to fulfill my orders. Once again, the promised timeframe passed with no shipment and no meaningful update. I contacted them yet again, and once again I received essentially the same response. They offered me another gift card if I agreed to wait approximately 20 more days. At that point, I had had enough and requested a full refund. In total, I waited more than four months for absolutely nothing. What makes this experience even more concerning to me is the business model. Customers are attracted by very large discounts, pay significant amounts of money upfront, and then can potentially wait for months while the company continues extending the estimated shipping date and offering gift cards or incentives to keep customers waiting. Meanwhile, they continue advertising certain perfumes as “ready to ship.” After my experience, it left me seriously questioning whether customers’ money is effectively being used as interest-free financing while orders remain unfulfilled for months. I cannot prove how the company uses customers’ funds internally, so I am stating this as my personal concern based on what I experienced—not as a confirmed fact. Thankfully, I eventually received my money back, but only after the company had possession of a substantial amount of my money for almost five months, while I received none of the products I originally purchased. For me, the discounts are simply not worth the risk, frustration, repeated delays, and months of waiting. I made two large purchases, gave them multiple opportunities and several extensions, and still ended up with no perfumes. I would not purchase from this company again, and I absolutely do not recommend them.
