Spent months waiting for orders totaling over $1,000. I have no problem waiting substantial amounts of time for a good deal but this company is blatantly dishonest about wait times.

Horrible website, prices are far too good to be true, have the cologne ready to buy but you have to wait for them to get the item physically before shipping, there is a lack of communication and they try pushing you to wait longer with false promises. I am still waiting for my money back.

I cannot give anything lower than a 1, so I’m being gracious with a 1. They don’t have the product in hand. They will promise you it ships next week. Then the next. Then the next. It never ships. I did a chargeback on my credit card after 4 months of empty promises. They’ll give you a shipping label tracking. But they never ship. The company refunded my payment. But they basically run like a Ponzi scheme. Do not order from them.

1 order pending for six months, other 3 for more than 3 months, just false promises, extra discounts on current orders as false reassurance, yet never ships anything. They claim they have a 645-4.5 stars rating on the judge.me website but when you try to find theparfums on it, it doesn't exist 😂. Trustpilot, Reddit, and all other AI apps are the real mirror for theparfums.com. Their claim that 'Something NEW is arriving' for several months is a complete joke.

6 months waiting .. never again!!!! Their tempting prices are how they get you. I placed my first orders at the beginning of March, and SIX MONTHS later I had to cancel 5 orders that still hadn’t shipped. They keep extending the processing time over and over. Every time you get close to the promised timeframe, they add more weeks. Every week they repeat the same script (expected to ship in 14 to 21 days) Meanwhile, they’ve had your money for months while continuing to take new orders. It honestly feels like a pyramid-style business model funded by customers’ money. Cheap prices mean nothing when you wait half a year for your perfume. I was patient enough. Never again.

I bought 2 fragrances and it's been a month for one and over 2 weeks for the other.I am about to contact my state AG.

I have been waiting 5 MONTHS for a bottle and they respond with an estimated shipping date every time I email them saying it will take another 14 to 18 days or at the end of next week. So disappointed because the prices are great and the options are endless. At this point I'd rather spend 20-30% more elsewhere but know that I'll actually get the product I ordered within a week or 2.
