So I ordered PDM Haltane in November 2025, PDM Percival December 2025, Bal D Afrique Absolu March 2026, and Amouage outlands in June 2026. I received PDM Haltane in April 2026. The bottle was legitimate. I bought samples and those all came in very quick. However, I am still waiting on the rest of the orders. They sent me countless amount of coupons and even lowered the cost of the fragrance by 50%. Coupled with the gift cards I paid less than $100 for amouage outlands. However without delivery you kind of are stuck in the mud. I don’t mind the wait times so as long as I receive the fragrances. I would be happy to update this review to 5 stars once the parfums ships my fragrances, until then I am stuck waiting almost a year for a fragrance.

These people cannot be trusted. Sat on my money for months on end. Gave shipping windows that came and went, unfulfilled. Gave no indication of when they'd actually deliver the product. Then had the audacity to send me an email saying it would be their last regular update on the order. They couldn't even be bothered to send an email each week giving an update anymore. This place has to be a scam. There's really no other explanation.

This is a familiar scam. They have a few items in stock. They ship those right away at a great price to get your confidence. Everything else is perpetually out of stock while they spend your money. I have orders unfulfilled for over 6 months with repeated “I promise it’s shipping soon” communications. To add insult to injury, they offer you a 35% off coupon and that coupon is NEVER better than the current sale. Predatory and dishonest. If something appears too good to be true - it’s almost certainly a scam. Stay away.

Waited 6 months for 2 orders.. never received it… cancelled the orders. Waiting 3 months still no refund

Theparfums are scammers, please do not order from them. I have to dispute every single transaction with the banks because they are not refunding the money normally anymore. Obviously, I have not received any fragrance ordered.

Beware! I have ordered multiple times and have not received a single order. Finally got frustrated with the lies and asked for a refund. Initailly I got an email from a team member stating my order was cancelled and allow 3-7 business days. It’s been nearly three weeks and my orders have not been cancelled. I have emailed multiple times to cancel my orders and the same thing always happens. They say the process of canceling has been initiated but then a few days later I get an automated email saying my order is still active and they’re trying hard to fulfill it as soon as possible. They are playing games and will not cancel or refund my order. Yet they do not have the products to ship out. They will take your money and not give it back!

I have had 26 open orders with TheParfums since the end of Janruary this year. Out of 26 all of which were open at least 3 times later then their latest expected ship date, some open as long as 6 months, 3 bottles have shipped. All 3 were listed as ready to ship. The last ready to ship I ordered did not ship, so I canceled my last 5 orders today. The company lies, every inquiry ends with a decent sized gift card and a "should ship within 14 to 24 days. They never ship any orders. It's criminal. They have continued to take money from people going on a year now with no plan of shipping anything. It's like patrons of the Parfums are really just a portable bank acount funding god knows what. This website should be shut down until they can provide what they advertise. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR UPDATES, NO SPEEDIER SHIPPING, NO SHIPPING WITHIN 10 DAYS.

Don’t get anything from them.Scam . I’m extremely frustrated with this company. I placed two orders, #TP1342293TSD and #TP1342262TSD, on 08/01/2026 and waited almost a month without receiving anything. I finally asked for a refund, and as of 09/26/2026 I’m still waiting for my money back. The whole experience has been ridiculous. They constantly advertise “discounts,” but after dealing with this, I honestly don’t trust them anymore. Save yourself the headache and be very careful before ordering from them.
