This company tries to get you with the first order. Usually at a discounted price. Eventually when you order more perfumes, they never fulfilled any of them. I have asked and cancelled my orders, and even though they never refunded my money, I got my money from my bank. Also, they continued sending me emails about my cancelled orders like for example “to wait more that the orders are active” that they will send the perfume. I sent them emails reminding them that the orders were cancelled 3 weeks ago. A bunch of lies. Listen to me stay AWAY from them

Had multiple orders from them and they…
Had multiple orders from them and they keep excusing delay due to distributor delay and cancels orders without request. Now, refund is taking forever and keep saying should receive within 8 days and never happens.

Won’t ship and delayed cancelations
Places several orders and nothing has shipped out after many months. They stalled on canceling and now that they have I’m still not getting refunds after a month! They are going to take your money and run with it!

You're not gonna get it...
I should have trusted my gut that the price was too good to be true. I placed an order for a fragrance in May of 2026. After a few weeks, I emailed them to see what the status was, they told me that there were extreme shipping delays and that it would be available in 3 weeks. Don't be fooled by their excellent customer service response time. It's all just a ruse. My back and forth email trail continued every few weeks until August 2026 when I told them I wanted to cancel. They told me that they would issue me a refund of 35%, which they promptly did, if I would just wait a little longer. Then they told me that the item would ship in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, the item did not ship, and they said they would issue me a full refund--they did not. Instead, they said that the refund was delayed because of Shopify. This is a completely false narrative because they previously issued me a refund in a matter of hours. This is a fraudulent company who is just interested in stealing your money and never delivering any goods. I'm not the only person who says this, this information is literally everywhere --here, Reddit, Google, Instagram, etc--don't think you're going to be the one who gets the goods. Just don't buy from these swindlers. Hopefully, someone will shut them down soon.

You'll Never Receive Your Order
I ordered a full bottle eight weeks ago. EIGHT. WEEKS. Every time I email about it, I get a complete runaround answer. How is this place allowed to operate? They charged my credit card with seemingly no intention to deliver. I've had to file a claims dispute to get my money back. Total scam.

### ⭐ 1/5
### ⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience. Buyers Beware!
**Nearly $1,600 Spent, Months of Waiting, and Nothing to Show for It!**
My experience with The Parfums has been absolutely unacceptable. I placed four orders totaling **$1,506.26 USD**, with my earliest purchases dating back to June 2026. Nearly four months later, I am still waiting for my fragrances.
What makes this situation worse is the constant excuses, changing delivery estimates, and lack of clear answers. I was initially given a processing timeframe of 2–4 weeks for my June orders, yet months later, the company still cannot provide a reliable delivery date.
I even paid extra for expedited shipping on one order, only to discover the product wasn't even in their warehouse!
Meanwhile, The Parfums continues advertising products, promoting discounts, and encouraging customers to spend more money while existing orders remain unfulfilled.
After researching customer experiences, I was shocked to find reviews from people claiming to have waited **up to seven months** for their purchases. Had I known about these complaints beforehand, I would never have spent a single dollar with this company.
To make matters worse, I was offered a **$10 gift card** after spending over $1,500 and waiting months. That was an extremely disappointing response.
**I have completely lost confidence in this company and have now requested a full refund.**
I cannot speak for everyone else's experience, but based on mine, **I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THE PARFUMS.**
A business should not advertise processing timelines it cannot reliably meet or leave paying customers waiting indefinitely without meaningful solutions.
**My experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable.**
**Rating: 1/5 stars — I would give zero if it were possible.**

Liars and thieves... Zero integrity
This company has blatantly misled customers, failed to deliver paid orders, and continues to advertise fast shipping. I'm now 7½ months into waiting for a product I've already paid for, yet they somehow manage to keep sending me promotional emails offering more sales.
The complete lack of accountability and integrity is astonishing. I encourage everyone who's experienced this to file a complaint with the BBB and leave an honest review.
They've managed to destroy their reputation in less than a year, and the worst part is they're still making the same promises they haven't fulfilled. Trash, garbage, thieves.

Counterfeit Tom Ford
I ordered three fragrances from The Parfums. Two never shipped, and after four months of delays I cancelled them. The third, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille 100ml listed as "Sealed - Retail Box," arrived in February.
It was fake. Two r/colognecheck moderators compared it against a genuine bottle, and My Poupette, an independent authentication service, issued a written Statement of Non-Authenticity. The tells are physical:
- Metal atomizer stem. Genuine Tom Ford stems are plastic.
- Batch code printed in the wrong font and color.
- Nameplate with rounded corners. The genuine one is square.
- The engraving on the base is misspelled: "OIST." instead of "DIST."
When I raised it, The Parfums told me in writing that their Tom Ford stock comes "directly from the brand itself or through the brand's authorized U.S. distributor." They sent a return label for "inspection" and received the bottle on July 9. On July 15 they wrote that a formal resolution would come that Monday. It never came. My follow-ups got only auto-replies, while their marketing emails kept arriving.
So I disputed the charge with my credit card company. That's when The Parfums finally responded, by telling my bank they had already refunded the bottle. They hadn't. The credit they pointed to was $284.78 from early June. That's exactly the refund for the two items they never shipped, and it came a month before I ever reported the counterfeit. My bank rejected their response and refunded me. The Parfums still has the bottle.
Awful. Avoid.
