Bag is gorgeous
Bag is gorgeous! The only reason why for the 4 star is the shipping time dose not match what they say and the tracking number takes days to update. The customer service is wonderful. While waiting for this bag I did order a smaller bag and wallet

Thank you
Thank you, I did receive the purse. But, the box it was shipped in was squished to the point I can't use the box for storing the purse when not in use. Also, the purse was bent out of shape. But I managed to get it in shape. I know it's not something you can't help, but I'm worried about my second purse coming with out the box? Is there anyway you can make sure the second purse comes un harmed? Best Beth Puskas

I had ordered a bag and wallet in early…
I had ordered a bag and wallet in early Nov. 2023 Received the wallet before Xmas but didn't receive the bag until the middle of Jan 2024. I didn't think I would ever receive the bag and wanted to ask for a refund but what kept me from requesting a refund was The Note Bag kept in contact with me via email the whole way thru insuring me it will arrive and it did. We are very pleased with their reinsurance and quality of the bag and wallet. Thank you!

Love the bag
When I first ordered my bag, I received the wrong one. However, the correction was made, but I had to wait a little longer than before. Keep in mind this was around the holidays, so I understood. I also note the first bag I received came in a box, however, the correct one I just received was in a bag. I'm not sure if the box comes standard with some bags and not with others, but overall, this wasn't a bad experience. I do love the bag though!

Kimberly, thank you for sharing your experience and love for the bag! 🌟💼 We're sorry for any initial hiccups, but we're glad we could make it right. During the holidays, there can be some variations in packaging due to high demand and logistics, but we're thrilled to know you're pleased with your bag. Your understanding means a lot, and we're here whenever you need another fabulous addition to your collection. If there's anything specific you'd like in the future, just let us know. Happy reading, and enjoy your stylish bag! 📚👜🎉

Christmas Gift
I’m absolutely delighted with the personalised wallet I ordered on 19/11/23 however only received it today 8/01/24; taking into consideration the Christmas period I felt 50 days from time of my order to actually receiving it was rather a long time. The wallet itself is lovely 😊
Response from TheNoteBagsJan 8, 2024
Dear Dianne Francis, Thank you for your review and for sharing your thoughts about the personalized wallet. We're thrilled to hear that you are delighted with the product! We apologize for the delay in delivery. While we ensure that our products are produced and dispatched on time, there was an unforeseen issue with the shipping company that resulted in the extended delivery time. We understand that waiting for an order, especially for such a long period, can be frustrating. To improve our service, we are in the process of changing our shipping provider to ensure more timely deliveries in the future. We hope that this change will enhance your experience with us. If you decide to place another order, we are committed to doing our best to ensure a smoother and faster process. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Thank you once again for choosing our product for your Christmas gift, and we look forward to serving you better in the future. Best regards, Elaine M. Founder of TheNoteBags
