BUYER BEWARE: Pay attention to your cart
While I love my bag, there are some sketchy things happening. I ordered the bag and was supposed to get a free wallet. That didn't happen. When I reached out they told me it was because of a discount code that automatically populates. If you don't remove it and add the wallet, you dont get it for free. When I told them I didn't realize there was a code, nor was there anything on the website telling me to do that. They offered the wallet at a discount. I think this is some shady business practice to make more money. Buyer beware. I wont buy another bag from here because of this. Do better notebag!

To clarify gently: our free wallet promotion applies when you purchase a leather handbag or leather tote and add a wallet to your cart, at which point it becomes free. The one thing it cannot combine with is another discount. Our site sometimes auto-applies a discount code (such as 15% off), and when that code is active the system reads it as your chosen offer instead — so the free-wallet pricing can't apply at the same moment. It's always one or the other, never a way to charge you more. We're sorry this wasn't clearer at checkout, and we're taking your feedback seriously to make it more obvious for future shoppers.
