Easy Order with Exceptional Communication
The ordering process was easy, except for the part about making up my mind which item I wanted (I wanted them all!!) Communication was the best I've ever seen, with emails at every step of the process.

"Choose me!" they seem to say, each one calling to a different chapter of your reader's heart. We're delighted that once you made your choice, the journey became seamless. Every email you received was like a bookmark in your order's story - marking progress from creation to your doorstep, keeping you connected to the craftsmanship unfolding behind the scenes. Your recognition of our communication as the best you've ever seen truly makes our day. Thank you for sharing this experience!

One company in a million--or more
This company responds when you write them a note! Yes, they care. Yes, they Answer. They produce a quality product and run a caring, individualized company. I have four of their bags and each one is well constructed or quality material.

Great service and a lovely product
Company was great to deal with and kept you informed every step of the way. The bag and wallet itself are well designed. This was a gift for a bookworm and university student who I am hopeful will get years of use out of it with proper care.

Great bag & wallet
I just received my bag with free wallet yesterday. I love it. It was exactly as it was pictured and after checking the seams and zippers on both items I am extremely satisfied and excited to have them. I even received them earlier than I was told. Overall great experience!!

Blurry words and stitching
First, I have to say that I really enjoyed the clever and witty emails I received almost daily as I waited for the bag to arrive. Each one made me smile. I received the personalized bag I ordered from the Note Bags today. I was disappointed. The stitching displayed in the pictures, was PRINTED on the bag not stitched. And the words printed on the bag were blurry and unfocused. The printed stitching on the bag was also blurry, not crisp like actual stitching at all. The purse was intended as a gift, but I'm too emabarrassed to give it to the intended recipient.
Response from TheNoteBagsDec 4, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Cindy. We sincerely apologize for the quality issues with your personalized bag. The blurry words and printed stitching that doesn't match our product images is unacceptable, especially for a gift. We understand your embarrassment about giving it to your intended recipient. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] immediately so we can make this right for you. This quality control issue needs to be addressed. We appreciate your kind words about our email communications, and we're sorry that the product itself didn't live up to the positive experience of our correspondence. Thank you for bringing this important quality concern to our attention.

Be sure to ADD promotional (free) items when you order!
Bag was listed to include a free wallet, but did not arrive with the delivery. Upon further research the item had to be added at time of placing the order. Placing the order through “Shop” did not show any prompts to clarify this requirement. The company has been responsive and have suggested options to rectify this although at additional cost for me. I understand how the fulfillment process works and that an item will not be fulfilled unless it shows up on the original order. However, making the process more user friendly for customers either with an additional prompt prior to checkout or a link to “qualifying wallets” that can be added will be helpful. Other than that the handbag itself is gorgeous and I am very happy with the purchase. This was a birthday gift and the recipient is extremely pleased!
Response from TheNoteBagsDec 3, 2025
Thank you for your detailed feedback, Susanna. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the free wallet promotion. Your suggestions about adding clearer prompts at checkout or a direct link to qualifying wallets are excellent ideas that would improve the customer experience. We'll review our ordering process to make promotional items more obvious during checkout. We're delighted that despite this issue, the handbag itself is gorgeous and your birthday gift recipient was extremely pleased! That's what matters most. Thank you for taking the time to provide such constructive feedback. It helps us identify specific areas where we can enhance our website's user-friendliness.
