Easily one of the best guitar stores around. I was buying my first Taylor guitar online for the first time so understandably, I had quite a number of questions to ask. I contacted Ben via online chat and he talked me through all of my concerns in a very helpful and patient manner. Feeling good about Ben's friendly cooperation, I happily bought the guitar that same day which arrived in perfect condition two days later. I'm delighted with my new guitar and would no doubt purchase from this company again.

A mouth-watering array of instruments on the website, with very helpful video clips. Satisfying personal attention and speedy delivery (to the Highlands). I now have a cracking guitar (B&G Crossroads Little Sister with humbuckers) which I was able to choose individually from photos on the site.

Absolute Best It is rare to find a business that is just, well, perfect. Who'd think you'd find it in a London guitar shop? But there it is. Ben Montague (yes, THAT Ben Montague) is the easy-going, funny and knowledgeable managing director who “gets” it – whatever your “it” is. Whether you’re beginning to play guitar or are an accomplished performer, TNAG has it. No – really, they have it. From a starter guitar to the impossible-to-find, TNAG has it or can get it. Want a Brazilian with a particular look from a luthier who isn’t taking orders? Can’t be done. Except… Ben can make it happen. Need to be bumped to the front of a line with a luthier who has a multi-year waitlist? TNAG has a slot you can use. No idea what you want? Talk to Ben and get spot-on advice, or spend some time browsing the website (caution: that website has been known to cause severe episodes of time loss). Unlike stores that push guitars out the door and move on, TNAG considers their clients to be long term relationships (which is why TNAG has “clients” and not “customers”). If you think about it, that perspective alone says it all. You’ll get the kind of attention that results in you getting an email checking to see how you and the new guitar are getting along, or an email suggesting a guitar you might like, based on your conversations with Ben or one of the other guys at TNAG. There are a number of first class guitar stores and websites. They’re great. But you owe it to yourself to check out TNAG. Ask for Ben.

Having stalked the website for months, I finally paid a visit in person. It was a sublime experience - from the moment I entered to the decision to purchase my first Froggy Bottom. It felt like I had exited the real world and gone into one in which the guitar is the meaning of like. Time, attention and patience were not in short supply and I ended up spending the better part of an afternoon there. Like a devout pilgrim I shall return many a time. Rating? Like a Cmaj7th sounds on my new Froggy.
