I attended a weekend guitar workshop with true gentleman and fingerstyle extraordinaire Will McNicol, which turned out to be absolutely brilliant, not that I really had any doubts. The North American guitar lends itself perfect to this kind of event, it is beautifully situated, has one of the most peaceful riverside gardens I have ever sat in, and when you're inside, everywhere you look is pure inspiration - you're surrounded by instruments built by some of the world's best. This is easily one of the best guitar stores (though it feels like much more than that) in the country. Sure there are bigger ones, but the friendliness and personal welcome extended by Ben every time I visit is unrivalled. Go and check them out!

Recently attended a weekend workshop at the NAGC.great location, cool in the heat, lots of coffee and drinks that could be enjoyed by the canal. Great teaching from Will Mcnicol. Perhaps think about lunchtime catering-is pay a bit to avoid the trek down the road.

Customer service is fine and delivery was speedy. I was promised some extra goodies bundled in with my £5000 purchase which were absent, but no hard feelings, but it's little things that make the difference and make people feel like they would want to come back...

I received my guitar in France one week after my internet order (?). In addition, in a very light and poor packaging but it seems to be BnG standard packaging. Fortunately the guitar is intact. The paiement was immédiate in my bank, the same day as the internet order and before shipping (?). Usually the paiement is effective when the furniture comes out shop... No instructions, no documentation, no tools with the guitar... I'm surprised but everything seems to be on line at BnG web site. I had a personal answer on every point by mail and I am now satisfied. In conclusion, I'm very happy with this purchase because Bng Littlesister is an amazing guitar. I enjoy it...

An eclectic array of guitars, a step change from the usual suspects. Quiet, comfortable showroom where you get plenty of advice from knowledgeable staff, if you need it. You also have time and privacy to try out the instruments and make your decision. After that, your guitar is expertly set up and delivered to your door as and when agreed. Great and memorable service!

Very fortunate to have Private Build B&G Little Sister and now the Step Sister. These guitars are so so well made, instantly playable and sound like a Good vintage guitar should but without the hefty price tag so quite honestly they represent exceptional value. Very very hard to put down, I've lost a lot of sleep! The guys at The North American Guitar provide a bespoke service in as much as they really do try to get you where you want to be. They are patient and not at all pushy and recognise the considerable outlay that often accompanies such investments. They seem to want you have a good experience rather than take your card number and leave you to find your way out of the store, I have certainly experienced that enough times.
