Made an order for a bespoke build from one of the world greatest luthiers (Michael Greenfield) through TNAG. I was granted with a build spot ahead of the queue and this resulted in the best instrument I could have imagined. Ben Montague, the one who assisted and guided me through the process, was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure that no detail is left unnoticed. If you are looking for something special, or just have a dream but not completely sure how to fulfill it, do yourself a favor and contact Ben Montague, he will make it happen. I can not put the smile away from my face every time I pick the instrument specced and delivered with Ben's help.

Buying guitars in the 21st century is becoming more and more challenging. Especially if the guitars are high end. There are not many people in the world that would be willing to sink several thousand pounds on a guitar without trying it first. Broad line retailers like Dawsons, for example, aren’t able to carry substantial stock of high end guitars or able to offer expertise on such boutique brands whilst remaining profitable. TNAG has found a niche by being able to offer a personalised service, carry stock, have online ordering and access to some of the best brands. I bought my guitar and was hand held through the process, received the item very quickly, had all my questions answered and when asked to do something a little ‘quirky’ was well received and handled by them. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and would recommend this company to my friends.

Following my purchase of the B&G Little Sister Crossroads from North American Guitars, I can recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service. The guitar has an excellent finish and the tone is to die for! The only minor issue I had with the instrument was, the intonation was in need of attention and the action somewhat high but with a little fettling it now performs as it should, an absolutely professional guitar that all guitarists would be proud to have in the arsenal.

After some online chat negotiating with Richard, got a brilliant price offer on a Taylor 114e and arranged a meet. Got to TNAG (parking a bit of problem) but once inside had a chat with Richard. He took me downstairs to try out the Taylor. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Made me a coffee then let me play guitar while he went back upstairs. After 20 mins trying out the guitar, Richard came back down. Told him I would buy the Taylor. I would definitely recommend TNAG to anyone who wants to buy a quality guitar.
