Honest and excellent advice and service, my guitar was dispatched within 1 hour of purchase and with me shortly thereafter. And for the piece in question, and excellent price.

TNAG is undoubtably a centre of competence and a musical catalyst. I love the Avian guitar I bought from them. The one small issue I had with the guitar TNAG took care of immediately and without cost. Keep up the great work!

These guys are the best! Can not recommend them highly enough and will definitely be back for another guitar. How all guitars shops should be 11/10!

I bought a Taylor acoustic electric guitar x-demo model from this company on a whim & I am over the moon with it, just a fabulous tone easy to play. 5 Stars

Online/email order Great service, fast professional response via email enquiry and quick delivery. Hope to visit the store soon guys!

My order was quickly dispatched with regular up dates as to where it was in the delivery process. Top marks to NAG company and for a really top end cappo.

fast and very quality thank!

Sunday afternoon online purchase – Ben/TNAG answering my emails directly. Quick shipping the next day. Due to a strike at the carrier's innereuropean shipping froze for 1 week. Richard/TNAG accompanied me through those dark days until delivery. Finally, the Rick Turner Model 1 arrived well packed in good health, strings tuned down 2 steps and properly clean and set up well. Good price, good service – well done, TNAG! Thanks from Munich, Bavaria.
