Hello Raj, we’re sorry you feel this way. We do not lie, delay refunds on purpose, or make “fake promises”. Every refund request follows a clear process, and we have no interest in holding anyone’s money longer than necessary. If you have emails that you believe show otherwise, you’re welcome to share them with our team, we’re fully open to reviewing the entire thread. What usually causes delays is missing information needed to complete the return, not any intention to avoid a refund. Please forward the emails you mentioned to [email protected], and we’ll go through everything step by step so we can close your case properly. The Mod Projects Team

Hello Jason, we understand you’re frustrated, but the accusatory tone and the claims you’re making are not accurate. When communication becomes this hostile, it often leads to conclusions that are simply not based on facts, and this is exactly what’s happening here. For full transparency, we’ve documented every step of your case, including the emails sent to you and the actions taken by our team with the specific date and time. You can review the complete evidence here: 🔗 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VF-N2lk3eAQQpI7USfAqR1fbbJ0qJY55/view?usp=sharing As clearly shown, everything we stated in our initial reply was done exactly as described. Your case was handled, updates were provided, and the instructions for completing your refund were sent to you multiple times. If you’re willing to continue the process in a constructive way, our team will finalize this as soon as you respond. You can reach us at [email protected]. The Mod Projects Team

Hello imran, we’re genuinely sorry to read about your experience, we fully understand why this felt frustrating, and it’s clear that our communication didn’t meet the standard we want for our customers. To clarify for anyone reading: your order was refunded in full on 9 October, and the delay in providing an additional update was our mistake. Your request for a replacement case should have been handled faster, and we’ll be reviewing your ticket internally to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We appreciate you taking the time to share the full timeline. Your feedback helps us improve the way we follow up on escalated cases and close them more efficiently. If there’s anything else you’d like us to review, you can always contact us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist you directly. The Mod Projects Team

Hello Ali, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the experience hasn’t matched your expectations so far. Our watch faces do use a dedicated companion app, but with the correct settings and by following the step-by-step video tutorial we send privately after purchase, the result is different from what you describe: the face stays open for hours and simply refreshes every time you tap or raise your wrist. It sounds like some settings may not be configured correctly on your Apple Watch yet. Our team would be happy to walk you through the setup so you can get the intended experience, or find another solution if you prefer. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll assist you personally. The Mod Projects Team

Hello Michael, we’re sorry to hear the product didn’t meet your expectations, that’s not the experience we want for anyone. To clarify for those reading: The Mod Projects is a Paris-based brand, and our products are designed here and produced with selected and private manufacturers in China to match the level of customization our cases and straps require. The strap you received uses reinforced spring bars, a stainless-steel clasp, and a rubber compound chosen for flexibility and comfort, not thinness. Regarding the watch faces: the Hyper-Realistic designs sold separately are exclusive to our collection. They are not available online, cannot be found on Clockology, and do not appear on any public watch-face platforms. They’re created specifically to pair with our models and can only be installed through the private files and tutorial we send after purchase. That said, we fully respect your opinion and want to help you end this experience positively. Our team has already a solution for you to be sent once you contact us anytime at [email protected]. Hello, we’re sorry to hear you felt ignored, that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. For clarity: our return policy is active and fully functional, and every return request is handled through our support team. We couldn't locate your order or find your name in our Database so it's hard for us to concretely assist you here. Your bank dispute has now closed the order automatically, but if you need any further assistance or want us to review anything else, you can reach us anytime at [email protected]. Hi Jim, thank you for the great review, we’re really glad to hear how much the AP Mod Case has transformed your Apple Watch and that people around you are noticing it. That feeling is exactly what we aim for with every model we design. We appreciate your notes on bulk and charging as well. The presence on the wrist is part of the look, but we understand it can feel less practical in certain situations. If you ever need anything, we’re here at [email protected]. Thanks again for choosing us. The Mod Projects Team
