If I could give a zero rating I would. Poor quality, delayed shipping, broke immediately, no resolution after 5 months of promises to resolve
If I could give a zero rating, I would. The case was received several weeks late. The screws on the case are not screws, they’re cheap push pins. Two of them fell out. Instead of replacing it, they sent me two push pins that had to be superglued back on (absolutely junk). They then offered a 30% refund and 2 free straps. It’s been 5 months and I have not seen the refund or a new case. Absolutely no follow up and every time I follow up (oh yeah( still not resolved), a “Claire” admits to their incompetence and apologizes but NO resolution. If you are thinking of buying anything from them, stay away like the plague. You might as well throw your money out the window. I can’t urge everyone to stay away from this company.

To clarify the components on our cases are reinforced pins designed for structural stability, not decorative “fake screws.” They should absolutely not fall out, and if that happened, it’s a defect that should have been handled properly. If you still haven’t received the agreed refund or replacement, then your case hasn’t been closed internally, and that’s something we need to correct immediately. Five months is not an acceptable timeline for any unresolved case, and we take responsibility for what went wrong in the follow-up process. Multiple team members handle escalations, and if communication stalled, that’s on us.
