Tom was so helpful and was able to answer all of our questions, and we had tons of questions! He helped us pick the perfect chair for us. Daiwa Pegasus II massage chair. So far we have had the chair for a few weeks and love it! Scheduling delivery was easy and flexible. The delivery people were GREAT! I would highly recommend The Modern Back and Tom Walls. Best customer service EVER!!!! On the chair, we love the calf rollers and foot massage as well as all of the other programs and full body. Great 3D and deep settings: gets into the muscles without feeling painful or robotic like some other chairs. Very Happy!!!

I got wonderful information and advice on the various chairs and options, etc. There was no pressure to purchase, and I got a great deal once I was ready to buy. We had some difficulties with the delivery company but the folks at The Modern Back did what they could to move it along. It should be noted that the chair manufacturer is the entity that has the relationship with the delivery company, so technically there was not much the Modern Back folks could do about it.

The chair is excellent, however I am still trying to understand the difference between the menu items. Using the app iOS, give me Chinese options which is very difficult. Is there an English ‘detailed’ manual and IOS app?

Great product. I am using the massage chair twice a day- one in the morning and one at night. It releases the back pain and relaxes my muscles especially on my legs. I love the intensity 4 when it massages my foot, my back and my neck. Highly recommended for those who are experiencing muscle pain.
