Craig guided me through very powerful exercises to become a better human being and reengage with my spouse. He was always available outside of normally scheduled appointments. He has a very effective process to move from very bad habits to evolve that energy into positive habits.

This program has been extremely helpful to Steve. The approach was a perfect fir for him and his addiction. So far it has proved to be 100% effective in helping him stop his acting out behavior. It has been 4 months without a prostitute visit and I am grateful for that. As a spouse I found I needed other support from another online program, Affair Recovery. This program supported my grief and actually worked on our marriage and not just Steve's addiction. I am still in pieces, but we have begun to have some good days amid the all the misery.

I've struggled with my addiction for 30 years. 5 years ago I tried a 12 step program and failed, again and again. My wife found Mindful Habit, and I am so grateful. I'm not perfect, I still have to put in the work, but something is different. I now have the longest stretch of sobriety and recovery yet in my life under my belt, and my wife and I are on the right track to repair our marriage. I am personally happier, better equipped to deal with my stress, and I generally feel better about myself too. I am NOT cured. I will always have to put in the work, but recovery is a process, not a quick fix. I feel like Mindful Habit really gave me practical tools to deal with my triggers, addiction, and forced me to really see myself as I was. It also helped put me on track to make the changes necessary to save my marriage by teaching me what true empathy is. I neglected the pain I caused my wife for so long, and Craig really helped me see that, helped my wife voice her pain, and helped us work through it. I'm not perfect, not cured like I said, but I am on the right road, and I am much farther along than I've ever been. I did the work but Craig steered the ship and I am forever grateful. I was very skeptical at first, but Mindful Habit delivered for me. Not only is Craig my coach, I'd call him a friend. He really invested in my wife and me, and the result has been life changing.

Very helpful and honest assessment of sexual addiction and what can be done to stop the cycle of Addiction. I would recommend to anyone struggling with this affliction. Understanding the root causes and a plan of action is the only way to heal. Thank you Craig!

I was struggling as the trauma victim in my relationship with my husband. The resources I used were VERY helpful and opened my eyes to how I can help heal myself. My triggers especially were an aspect that made me feel unsafe but this program helped me become aware of them. It also made me realize that my husband's addiction is not my problem and that there is only so much I can do. Also, that he needs to show my empathy, which he has been more successful at.

When I first signed up for this service, I expected most of the content to be presented by women as the course seems to be designed for women. Instead, when I watched the videos, Craig was doing most of the talking and sometimes even talking over his co-presenters which is pretty triggering. What I need to see right now are women with an empathetic voice who are focusing on empowerment. I only stopped participating because of this. I love the concept and I believe there intent is good, it's just not for me.

It has been a great experience with the mindful habit workbook it is down to earth and simple. The coaches let you speak and they hear you out and other guys give their opinion cause we are all in the same boat. I enjoy the videos that Craig put out and put them in place in my life it has helped a lot. Thank you again
