I been a loyal customer for a few years now. I usually order the red roses which come out great…this year I ordered blue roses and they were a bit waxy but look great.

I can’t tell if it was an error on their part or the carrier but I needed these delivered on a certain day for a birthday and 6 days later, it still hasn’t shown up. They were responsive to emails at first but as of right now, it remains unresolved. I just want a refund at this point (not store credit!).

I’ve been shopping form this website the million roses over 2 years and never have any issues plus their flowers last over 3 years and I’m always happy even if I have issues with the deliveries they still take care of you God bless you guys for the work you have done ✅

Package came late, roses are falling apart. Complete ripoff considering they were over £100. Smells horrible. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Very easy to order and delivered quickly.

Package was delivered at wrong address, even though I had entered in the correct address and I was told to have the individual that the gift was sent to reach out to their neighbors to see if it could be located or to open up a dispute with the carrier. This is not the service that I expect for such an expensive and nice gift. Would not recommend.
