The Million RosesReviews of themillionroses.com

Even though there was a small hiccup with the delivery time of my package, I was given prompt responses and an offer that went beyond my expectations to ensure I would remain a loyal customer in the future. Great customer service!

Was great but the roses were slightly wilted and discolored.

I have been patronizing this business for the past five years. I have made six purchases within the past three months alone. I like to send the fllowers whem as a symbol of my condolences when a loved one passes. For one of the orders, the flowers were a very faded color (,they were suppose to be lavender- I could not believe they would send out flowers of such poor color quality!). For ALL of the orders, no message card has been enclosed, even though I have prepared a message online. The receiver has no idea I sent them flowers. When you send an expensive and elaborate gift, it is an insult to not have a message card enclosed. I would be waiting for a "Thank You" from the receiver, and eventually call to be be sure the flowers were actually received , and then find out they did not know I sent them. Importantly, the flowers also never have any scent. I have repeatedly told customer service about these issues and no change or improvement has happened. I just do not understand it- these are simple and basic requests. Not to mention, with pretty much every purchase the price has almost trippled within the past six months. As a consequence, I have been looking for another vendor with a similar product. I am tired of informing management- it has not made any difference. It seems pretty ridiculous and the company obviously does not care and my loyalty is clearly not appreciated.

It was great!

delivery and the order was perfect. .

I received the wrong colour of flowers initially, which were beautiful but not the colour I had chosen. With a quick e-mail to them they sorted it out and sent me the right colour of flowers and I didn’t have to worry about sending the wrong flowers back. There were no additional charges or fees for this of course. I got to decide what to do with the wrong coloured flowers which were beautiful so was more than happy to keep both.

Everything was simple and amazing flowers

Over priced, pick and save item. What a joke would never recommend this to anyone
