The recipient loves all flowers and gets giddy when she receives them. She didn’t know anything about Million Roses and after she realized how long they last said these were her favorite gift to ever have received.

Money was payed, I booked for one day, that was a very important event. Flowers did not arrive even in a couple of days after that. Attempts to contact customer support team were not successful and I was simply ignored.

The website wouldn’t allow me to pick the right pendant for the rose I picked. I emailed them and let them know. Followed their instructions and it still didn’t allow to me pick the proper rose/pendant. I proceeded to go thru with the purchase and emailed them ASAP. They assured me the proper pendant was placed. I just opened the box and THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. 181.00$ You would think they would be on top of things and not only have their website function properly but be able to fix and make adjustments afterwords. Overpriced and terrible customer service.

The color of the roses was not what I ordered. If what was sent was “dark” purple then the website was not properly reflecting the actual colors. Overall, the arrangement was nice but I was disappointed in the color.

This is my second purchase and the first literally lasted three years and of course some of the pedals will naturally fall off but it helps together and you always new they were roses.

Online selection was great, many to choose from. Delivery was on time and the flowers look amazing. Wife loved them.
