Ok time good service and they are beautiful flowers

My order was received on Thursday 8th May just in time for mother’s day. Obviously we did not open the gift at the time as it was for my wife from my children, upon opening the gift, we found that there was no lid on the flowers and they we open inside the outer box and the roses were all crushed and flattened due to the packaging and delivery. Also there was no gift message included which was requested. I have purchased from you before for valentine’s day and was very satisfied with the service and the product, however on this occasion it was just the opposite. There was no care taken and the product was trashed, on top of that we gave this as a gift to a mother who was expecting to have a wonderful day only for it to start as an anticlimax and disappointment. I will not be paying 300 dollars again to have this kind of product and service.

Not as defined as the pictures didn’t smell, fragrant, as promised

I haven’t even received the item. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift (it’s Sunday evening). Was supposed to be here Thursday. Still no date on the tracker.
