Easy to order and roses look great!

The box and the flowers itself were smaller than I expected and what I have received from other companies. For the cost, not sure if it’s worth it.

Roses were kind of smushed once received. Not sure if that’s normal

Flowers came with hot glue strings and marks all over them, have yet to receive an answer as to whether I will be financially compensated or given replacement flowers.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day flowers two weeks in advance, with delivery scheduled for the Friday before the holiday. Not only did the flowers arrive late—they were delivered after Mother’s Day—but the response from customer service made the experience even more disappointing. I understand that deliveries can be late. But when your mom is calling from another state, upset because her gift arrived two days late( I think you get it if you have a mom), a generic apology and a $50 credit just don’t cut it. It felt like no one cared about making it right. I’ll be ordering from La Fleur in the future—they at least know how to treat their customers with care and professionalism.

The package was supposed to be delivered on May 9th as a surprise for Mother's Day. The package arrived on May 12th ruining the expected surprise
